Day 2: Pretty stones from my childhood rock collection!
This ornament is my favorite of the 12 I made. (mostly because it is sentimental)
Don't just limit yourself to only using ribbon when hanging your ornament. Be creative and use strips of fabric, which will add pattern and texture.
Be careful when you fill the glass balls with rocks or anything else that can break thin glass. Hold the ornament horizontally and slide in the stones from the side. (learned the hard way)
So pretty and colorful!
