We Moved!

Yes, you read that right! Jake and I moved from Auburn to Huntsville about a month ago! That is one reason why my blog posts have been scarce lately. Sorry!

Here are some pics of our town home in Auburn that we only lived in for 6 months! Since we didn't live here very long there were a lot of home projects I wasn't able to finish. I will pick up where I left off in our new home!

And of course I will be sharing pics of our new home so get excited!

Easy Bench DIY

Jake and I built this bench last October and I just realized that I never shared it here.  We are actually very proud that we made this all by ourselves without the help of my dad or Papa!

  

We followed this dining room bench tutorial from Dear Lillie. It was really easy to follow and didn't take very long to make!

We bought all the supplies at Home Depot and had them cut all the pieces to size. So all we had to do was drill and assemble!

After I sanded the edges I painted it Martha Stewart Bedford Gray.

I will share an update as soon as I get around to upholstering the seat!
